About Delta View

Admissions

Delta View contains both Fraser Health Authority subsidized beds as well as the option to pay privately.

Fraser Health Authority Subsidy (Delta View Life Enrichment Centre)

Access to Fraser Health Authority Subsidized Beds is managed by the Home Health Case Managers. The BC Ministry of Health can subsidize the fee (per diem) for care at Delta View if the resident is eligible. Contact Fraser South Central Intake by calling 604-953-4965 Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm and saying “Reception”. A Fraser Health Care Manager will assess the client to determine their needs and eligibility. If the client is eligibility, they will be placed on a funded bed wait list. Clients can rank their facility choices, but are not given any guarantees. Residents are required to pay a portion of their care at rates set by Fraser Health Authority.

Private Pay (Delta View Life Enrichment Centre/ Delta View Habilitation Centre)

Arrangements for Private Pay beds at Delta View can be made through contacting our Admissions Coordinator, Carmela La Chimea at 604-596-8842, during office hours. An assessment by Fraser Health staff is not needed for admission to Delta View as a private pay resident.

Cross Roads Adult Day Program

Clients can be admitted to Cross Roads through a Fraser Health Authority Home and Community Care Case Manager or privately through the Delta View Admissions Coordinator.

Choosing a Facility
